Cancellation Policy

The BC Region requires members booking accommodation to acknowledge the cancellation policy.
AS per Policy 9.7.2.2.5 A minimum of eight days’ notice is required to receive a full refund on booked accommodations. If you cancel within eight days prior to the RSC meeting, you will be responsible for 50% of the cost.
